Fraud-suspicion reasons

When the identification result is FRAUD_SUSPICION_CONFIRMED, the reason field returns one of the codes below.

AutoIdent fraud reasons

Reason	Description
WARNING_SELFIE_REAL_PERSON	The user is a real person but the selfie does not match the face on the document.
WARNING_SELFIE_NO_REAL_PERSON	The selfie is not of a real person (e.g. a photo of a printed picture).
WARNING_SELFIE_DISGUISED	The user intentionally disguised their face (mask or similar).
WARNING_MANIPULATED_DATA	The data on the identification document is manipulated.
WARNING_MANIPULATED_PHOTO	The photo on the identification document is manipulated.
WARNING_FAKED_SECURITY_FEATURES	Security features (e.g. holograms) on the document are not real.
WARNING_PAPER_PRINT	The document is a paper printout, not a real document.
WARNING_DIGITAL_DOCUMENT	The document image was captured from a digital screen (laptop, mobile, etc.).
WARNING_FAKED_SPECIMEN	The document is a specimen, not a real document.
WARNING_USER_UNDERAGE	The user is below the minimum age required for the customer's service.
WARNING_DIGITAL_SELFIE	The selfie was captured from a digital screen.
WARNING_MONEY_MULE	The user has been tricked by a fraudster into performing the identification on the fraudster's behalf.
WARNING_NAME_COMPARISON	Considerable inconsistency between the user's name and the document.
WARNING_SCAN	The document is a facsimile.
WARNING_FRAUD_OTHER	Any other type of fraud identified by the ident specialist during the verification process.

VideoIdent fraud reasons

Reason	Description
WARNING_SOCIAL_ENGINEERING	The user is the victim of a social engineering attempt — they are not committing fraud themselves but have been tricked into performing the identification.
WARNING_ID_MANIPULATION	The ID document has been manipulated (e.g. fields changed, photo replaced).
FACE_COMPARISON_UNMATCHED	The selfie taken during the process is not of the same person as the one on the document.
WARNING_FAKE_ID	The ID document is completely falsified.
WARNING_PHOTO	The person in the selfie is different from the person on the ID document.
WARNING_DESCRIPTION	The description of the person (height, eye colour, age, etc.) does not match.
WARNING_USER_UNDERAGE	The user is below the minimum age required by the customer.
WARNING_INCONSISTENT_DATA	Data on the ID document is inconsistent (e.g. visible zone vs. MRZ differ).
DOCUMENT_TAMPERED	The document has been modified on the front and/or back side, or different documents were used for front and back.
WARNING_FAKED_MANIPULATED_ID	Fields on the document have been modified (e.g. intentionally covered).
WARNING_FRAUD_OTHER	Used when the fraud attempt does not fit any other category but is still confirmed fraud.
WARNING_WRONG_CHECKSUM	A checksum on the ID document is incorrect.
WARNING_IDENTITY_THEFT	The user has attempted to steal someone else's identity.
SECURITY_FEATURE_IDENTITY_FAKED	Security features on the document have been modified.
LIVENESS_DETECTION_FAILED	A fraud attack against the liveness check (e.g. different person in selfie and liveness).
SECURITY_FEATURE_DIGITAL_IMAGE	Document security features were manipulated digitally.
FRONT_DOCUMENT_DIGITAL_IMAGE	The front side of the document was manipulated digitally.
BACK_DOCUMENT_DIGITAL_IMAGE	The back side of the document was manipulated digitally.
FACE_COMPARISON_DIGITAL_IMAGE	The user's image was manipulated digitally.
LIVENESS_LEFT_DIGITAL_IMAGE	The liveness "left" image was manipulated digitally.
LIVENESS_RIGHT_DIGITAL_IMAGE	The liveness "right" image was manipulated digitally.
